The first forms using our new form system were launched today on TPMS online.

We have created a new form system based on PHP on our Linux Server. The forms are completely customisable for all our clients needs. They also incorporate some common elements. For Example the town and county drop downs.

The idea is we host some of the common elements on our servers not the clients website. Then when changes are made it effects all websites simultaneouly and thus saves considerable time.

As we use CSS style sheets the forms are in a bare format and instantly adapt to the colour and design scheme of the client website. These forms when submitted first add the data of the form to a file in the website, then it emails the contents to the client email account and finally sends a email to the sender to confirm that the form has been received.

We also have an option where the email address has to be confirmed before the data is submitted to ensure authenticity of the sender.

We are setting up a build your own systems where clients can choose the components they want from a list, add the additional items they require, pay and then send to us for implementation.

We would then expect to have the forms completed, tested and online within 24 hours.
