TPMSOnline are a Division of the Trevross Hotel. Following the work done on the hotel they launched a new divison doing property maintenance and rental services for other clients. A basic website has now been replaced with an new domain name and website.

Profile 

The company runs various properties for landlords and also does property maintenance. They offer a full service to landlords including new tenant finding, vetting and rent collection and management.

 They also offer general maintenace, building and repairs work to the public in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area.

We are setting up a new database system for TPMS. This will allow potential tenants to add their details online and for properties to be listed online to aid the matching and management process. Additionally we are setting up a add on to this to manage more efficiently the client processing side, eg renat management, arrears management, accounting etc.
