TJM Business Services was formed in 1995 to provide a service for small and medium sized companies where expertise in purchasing, marketing, sales or logistics was required, but where it was financially impossible to buy in any of the skills on a permanent basis,

As things progressed, TJM was asked to project manage various initiatives by the DTI funded Regional Supply Networks and Business Links in Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk.

In addition TJM was also involved in an initiative led by the Automotive College of Hertford (funded by Hertford University) to professionalise small satellite manufacturers related to the UK automotive industry.

What sets TJM Business Services apart from some of the other support organisations is "hands on" assistance as opposed to the accepted norm of "consultancy".

Thus allowing the key operatives within the organisation to learn and absorb best practice by example on real problems and situations relative to them, as opposed to the usual set pieces such as "in house training sessions" or the more general day courses.

Having support from TJM will draw on over 35 years experience from working in the manufacturing sector, from multi-national organisations to companies with only 2 employees. Several companies still retain this service on an on going basis
