Shortly to formally launch will the the new Directory site for the UK called FindtheUK.co.uk

There are a number of directory sites and we have always been keen to get involved in one and we are now happy to be involved in FindtheUK.

The site is installed and in beta mode. Listings are shortly to be added. It will be free to be in the site to start with. When the site has a ranking and good exposure a small charge will be made for featured listing. There will also be free istings. The main ethos of the site will be

  • As many entries as possible ranked at random for even exposure
  • Paid ranking above free entries
  • Relevant links and adverts
  • Fast efficient seraching
  • New 3 way easy to use interface

The site initially has been developed using a PHP directory system. Later a new front page will be added. This will have a single window size with 3 easy to use search systems designed to get relevant results in only 2 or 3 clicks.

The 3 choices will be

  • Map clicking with drill down
  • Pick a business type and area
  • Instant search for business name or details

A lot of reaserach has been done on other directories and seach engines.There is a need for a new player with some innovative features. We hope FindtheUK willill this need.

During the later part of 2009 and early 2010 we experiment with some different link strategies on The Trevross in the UK  The results are excellent. For its main keywords in Google.co.uk, great yarmouth hotel, and hotels, bed and breakfast and accommodation it is now in the top page for all of them. This was a extremely cost effective excercise and we will be rolling this method out to other clients.

 Updates from our Cyprus office as well.  It is a few Months since we started Kiourlappos music shop website  It is now no 1 in google for Pafos Music shop, no5 for Paphos Music shop and in the top 10 for Cyprus Music shop.

After the recent proper launch of Karlina Resturant website It is now on the 2nd page of google for paphos resturant bar, and 3 relevant links to the resturant are now on the first page of google for tomb of the kings resturant.
